I help leaders make sense of data, AI, and what comes next.

I’m Amber Ivey, also known as AI. Yes, those are my real initials. My parents clearly knew something the rest of us did not.

For more than a decade, I’ve helped governments, nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven leaders use data and technology to make better decisions, improve outcomes, and serve people better. My work sits in the practical middle: not chasing every shiny AI tool, and not pretending organizations can ignore what is changing around them.

I focus on three areas: responsible data and AI strategy, data-driven decision-making, and AI literacy that meets people where they are, from cabinet secretaries to fifth-graders.

Through my firm, the Ivey Collective, I offer workshops, keynotes, technical assistance, executive coaching, AI risk assessments and audits, and fractional Chief AI Officer and Chief Data Officer support.

If you are trying to move from “we should probably do something with AI” to a clearer plan, stronger guardrails, and better decisions, I can help.
